Our Ventura address is 3088 Telegraph Road, Suite A, Ventura, California. We are located at the corner of  Telegraph Road and Emma Streets, near Five Points in Ventura. The office hours are listed below.

The Santa Barbara address of the Lum Glaucoma Center is
5333 Hollister Avenue, Suite 123, at the intersection of Hollister Avenue and Patterson Road. Our Santa Barbara office is open on Wednesdays, 1:15 -5:00pm.

     Wednesday  8:30am to 5pm
     Thursday   8:30am to 5pm
     Friday     8am to 5pm

We accept most PPO insurance plans including Blue Cross, Blue Shield, Principal, Aetna and Medicare. Unfortunately, do to limitations placed by HMOs, we cannot accept HMO insurance plans. New patient consultations are always welcomed.
